Summer Institutes Project was launched in 2000 in Artek (Crimea, Ukraine) during the Summer Camp of Canadian and Ukrainian educators, parents and deaf children. During 2001-2008 Alliance organized 21 Summer Institute and one Winter Insitute in different regions of Ukraine.
